Four lines ring at once. Tap "Answer" on any of them to hear the reason, then decide: book them in today, book them routine (any time, no rush), or redirect them elsewhere — 999, 111, or the pharmacy, whichever actually fits.
Same-day slots are limited. Every "book today" uses one, whether or not it was the right call. Once they're gone, they're gone — you'll have to redirect or book routine even for something that genuinely needed a slot.
Leave a line unanswered too long and they hang up. That's worse if it turns out they needed today.
Nothing is saved, sent anywhere, or stored. Everything runs entirely on your device.
