HOW TO PLAY
You're on the phones. Calls arrive, you choose how to handle them, then you wrap up with a disposition code before the next one lands.

Four metrics are watching: AHT (keep calls short), CSAT (keep customers happy), Adherence (stay in the right state), and call volume. They pull against each other on purpose.

Your shift ends at 17:00.

You logged out.

About The Contact Centre Simulator

The Contact Centre Simulator puts you on the phones for a shift with a real agent-desktop interface — a live queue, call metrics, wrap-up codes, the lot. You take calls, hit targets, and watch the clock count down to five o'clock.

The joke, such as it is, sits in what happens once you get there. Shifts in a real contact centre have a way of not actually ending when they're supposed to, and this one is built to make that feeling land rather than just describe it. Working out the way through is part of the game.
