Every achievement across Clock In Sims writes to the same place on your device. This page just reads it back and puts it in one view, grouped properly — by game, by the things you find wandering the building rather than playing anything in particular, and by the calendar-dated ones that only show up on their actual day.
Nothing here is sent anywhere or compared against anyone else. It's your own record, stored locally, and it updates automatically as you play. There's no achievement for reading this page — a page about your achievements doesn't really need one of its own.
